Massage therapy & deep tissue massage can improve your quality of life by relieving those tight muscles, preventing/treating repetitive strain injuries like carpal tunnel sydrome and tendinitis, and speeding up recovery after sporting events and surgeries. We have special training in deep tissue massage and advanced massage therapy techniques. Our therapists are caring and respectful and believe that deep tissue massage does NOT have to hurt (but some people like the 'good' pain of a deep massage). We work at your comfort level and we can release trigger points and tight areas without causing pain but for those who like to really feel it, we can do deep tissue at that level too, again it's your comfort level that is important.
