Cancellation Policy

Appointments are in high demand and when you book an appointment, that time is set aside especially for you. We often have a waiting list and if given enough notice, we can refill the appointment.  If we refill the appointment, there is never a charge.  If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.  We do not consider work conflicts to be emergencies.  This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need of treatment, and also to make massage therapy a feasible career for our therapists.   Our therapists all have over 2200 hours of training so you can be sure to get high quality treatment.  Most therapists only do 4-5 massages a day so one missed appointment out of 5 appointments has a significant financial impact.  During Clinic hours, please call to cancel.  After hours, please email or call the clinic to cancel an appointment.  If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we may need to charge you 1/2 of the appointment fee (based on the situation). By booking an appointment either online by phone or otherwise you authorize us to charge your credit card on file for any cancellation fees unless other arrangements are made. Clients who no-show or late cancel more than once will be required to pay for their future appointments at the time of booking.

Missed appointments –  If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount of that service. If there is more than one no-show all future bookings would need to be pre-paid (therefore direct billing would not be an option).

Gift certificates – may also be forfeited for cancellation fees with less than 24 hours notice. Gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows. Missed appointment fees are not covered by any insurance plan.

Collections – unpaid appointment/cancellation/noshow fees will be sent to collections after 60 days

Thank you very much for your understanding.
