About The Self Centre Massage and Wellness

Transforming Lives Through Real Care

The Self Centre Massage & Wellness was founded in Edmonton in 2004 by Lara Clement, a Registered Massage Therapist and holistic practitioner. After working in spas and massage clinics, Lara set out to build the place she kept wishing existed: warm and welcoming, yet deeply professional, where comfort, connection and excellent therapeutic care all live under one roof.

Today you will find us on Ellwood Drive in Ellerslie, in a beautiful new space designed to help you unwind and heal. Guests enjoy heated massage tables, therapeutic heating pads, complimentary hot towel service and soothing Japanese mint oil, all in a calm, professional setting. We are polished without being pricey, and professional without feeling clinical.

Our therapists are highly skilled, each with more than 2,200 hours of training. We also have therapists who practice trauma-informed care, so your comfort, pace and consent guide every session.

People often tell us The Self Centre feels like more than a massage clinic. It is a place to recharge, de-stress and find your balance again. Every visit is focused on you and your well-being, so you can feel better, move easier and live with more peace every day.
