Therapeutic Massage
This type of massage uses specialized advanced techniques which may include Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, Active Release, Craniosacral therapy and deep tissue techniques.  Therapeutic massage treats conditions such as overuse injuries (i.e. tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome), sports injuries/recovery, whiplash and other injuries.

We believe that therapeutic massage doesn’t have to hurt to get good results, although some people love the ‘good pain’ of a deep tissue massage. We always work at your comfort level.

Relaxation “Stress Melt” Massage

We believe that all massage is therapeutic, even relaxation-focused massage. Decrease your stress levels, increase pain-relieving endorphins, improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic and immune systems. This type of massage uses long slow strokes and soothes from head to toe. Relaxation massage is one of the best things you can do for stress reduction and overall well-being.

Pregnancy Massage – Massage is helpful and effective for every stage of a healthy pregnancy to support and ease discomfort in the mother’s changing body. We do special bolstering and supportive cushioning to ensure the mother’s comfort during treatment. Massage can help with the aches and discomforts of bodily changes and help to reduce swelling of legs and ankles in later pregnancy. And anything that relaxes mom, relaxes baby!

Hot Stone Massage

Craniosacral therapy

CST is a gentle hands-on approach to wellness which increases body awareness and the mind/body connection. The craniosacral system is like the body’s main electrical conduit so it’s important to keep a clear path for this flow to be unrestricted.

Excellent for many conditions on the physical level such as headaches, TMJ dysfunction, back pain and trauma that is stored in the tissues.  On the emotional level craniosacral therapy helps to support healing from  emotional trauma, old wounds, and current stressors. Some clients even have profound spiritual experiences; the  outcomes of this type of modality are very unique to the individual, based on their needs and intentions at that time.
