Your appointments and your treatments are important to us and we are dedicated to providing great services for you and being there for you.
We also respectfully request that you be there for your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/change your appointment so that we may accommodate another client in need of our therapeutic services. No-shows are automatically billed 100% of the appointment cost and this balance will have to be cleared before booking further appointments, and the same will be billed in the case of less than 24 hours notice (at the discretion of the individual therapist in extenuating circumstances, sometimes the fee can be reduced). Our therapists work on commission so if clients don’t show up, they don’t get paid. Clients that no-show more than once are required to pay in full at the time of booking.
